A series of rapes and murders of women have been making headlines in the newspapers. The Metropolitan Police Department's Special Investigation Unit 0, commonly known as the "No Unit," has been unable to find any clues and their reputation is completely ruined. To save them from this predicament, Ruriko (Fujisaki Rio), the granddaughter of a famous Showa-era detective, is summoned from the United States. Ruriko immediately begins her investigation. She comes up with a theory: "The culprit is within this investigation team..." Ruriko uses her sexy body to the fullest in the investigation! Her hot pants are now even tighter!
