Berlin, December 31, 1999, the countdown to the new millennium is on. On this magical night, radio presenter Zippo calls on his listeners to make all their good intentions come true by midnight. And gets things rolling. There's ex-con and newly qualified bus driver Toto, who drives the pregnant Russian woman and a dead Nigerian drug courier through the night. Toto's prison buddy Frank is planning a deal worth a million marks. And a jealous Irishman is determined to kill his wife. All the threads of this strange night ultimately come together with Zippo...
